My client is a privately owned, growing care provider (homecare and supported living) who are looking for a talented Training Manager/Senior Trainer to join their team. This is a newly created position prompted by recent company growth.

You will evaluate the training needs across the business, and then build the training plan and strategy looking forward, aligning with the overall strategy and vision for the wider company. You will be responsible for both the delivery of training to all levels of staff, and also overseeing training being delivered by other (both internal and external) colleagues.

Along with the delivery of training, the Training Manager will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing training materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Training Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to identify learning and development opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting time to join the business as it accompanies reaching a number of significant milestones for the company's growth plan, and you will be instrumental in the next phase of the business development and evolution.

They have a true family-feel, a warm and welcoming culture, and many long-standing members of staff. They have an excellent reputation in the region and consistently have good CQC reports across the services, which has been the case over many years.
