The Client
Our client is one of the leading survey companies in the UK with offices throughout the UK for over 30 years. Delivering projects across various industries from housing to national infrastructure. Our client is a multi-disciplined company using the latest technology to provide the best end service to their variation of clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
The Senior Utility Surveyor will work predominately within London region but must be happy to undertake work further afield. Carry out utility surveys (EML/GPR), in accordance with company procedures and best practice. The surveyor’s duties will also include:
- Adhere to working instructions from internal and external clients
- Undertake post-processing of data and production of outputs using survey software
- It is also desirable but not essential for the candidate to be competent in the use of AutoCAD
- Maintain vehicles and survey equipment and in line with company expectations
Experience
- Over 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in all utility survey techniques, EML/GPR/GPS
- Good understanding PAS128 Specification, all Survey Types and Methodologies
- Competent user of AutoCAD
- Demonstrate a keen attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Working across the UK to travel to client sites
- Good communication skills and team spirit approach
- CSCS card is desirable but not essential
- Full Driving License is essential
