Service Advisor - Ford Kia Leeds

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, to join our team in Leeds.

Across our 14 sites we have a stable workforce of over 450 people, many of whom have been with us for years. But we’re always on the lookout for good people so even if a specific job isn’t being advertised, the chances are we’ll want to talk to you.

About the job

The ability to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role. As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out informing customer of the progress of their vehicle.

To maintain a presentable appearance and hygiene.

You must hold a current valid clean driving licence.
