Hiring Sewing Machinists in the Glasgow area (PA3)

Stratton Mills is an employment agency that provides Fashion Personnel around the UK. We have a great opportunity for a Sewing Machinist in the Glasgow area (PA3). Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

•     Products: Garments

•     Starting Salary: £12.00 per hour 

•     Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week)

•     Immediate Start & Permanent position

•     Location: Glasgow PA3, United Kingdom

DUTIES FOR THE SEWING MACHINIST ROLE:

•          Follow operating instructions for the Flatbed Sewing Machines

•          Complete requirements for sewing garments (Cotton, Wool)

•          Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project

IDEAL SEWING MACHINIST CANDIDATE:

•         Minimum of 3 years of experience is required in using the industrial sewing machines 

•         Good attention to detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination
