Shipping Coordinator ( 12-Month FTC)

24,000-25,000 Per Annum

Do you have import/export/shipping experience?

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to work in-house as part of a fantastic team?

What will the role involve?

• Arranging worldwide shipment and ensuring high standards of export documentation and compliance.
• Liasing with Freight Forwarders ad ensuring logistical accuracy.
• Preparing documents for customs clearance/delivery
• Advising customers of shipment details
• Expediting planned shipments and liaising with necessary internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

• Previous experience in a Logistics / Shipping role
• Knowledge of sea & air freight handling
• Understanding of Incoterms & import/export
• Experience working with Shipping and Export ERP system.
• Good attention to detail and strong administration / organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
