Overview of the Role:
Are you asenior retail manager or do you currently work in theshopping centre sector , and are looking for an exciting new opportunity to work with a renowned landlord? This could offer you that and more! With the chance to work with a leading property management company, you could be the newCentre Manager for this well establishedShopping Centre , inPaisley . This role is being considered onpart-time basis of25 hours (days are flexible).
Your responsibilities will be:
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders, including tenants, the local community, and the landlord.
- Managing contractors in Hard & Soft Services, ensuring the highest operational efficiency.
- Leading on marketing & event strategies, service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Either take your first dip into shopping centre management, with internal resources to upskill, or maybe you have previous shopping centre management experience, and you're looking for short-term work.
- Make a direct impact on the community, supporting local initiatives where possible.
- Work autonomously, being the key onsite lead for the delivery of the highest quality of customer service.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in budgetary management, preferably service charge.
- Used to managing multiple people within a team, preferably experience with managing external service providers, such as security & cleaning.
- Experienced in senior level retail management or shopping centre management.
The budget for this role is up to 31,250 (25 hours) including a wider benefits package.
