We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Cookstown. We currently have an opportunity for a Shot Blaster.

The role of the Shot Blaster

· To work with blast, and various tools for the completion of product to the applicable specifications.

· To prepare parts and assemblies for shot blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements.

About you:

· Ability to work on their own initiative

· Ensure work area and equipment is cleaned and maintained.

· Understand and adhere to the Company’s health, safety and other policies and procedures.

· At least 2-3 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing environment.

· It is desirable that applicants hold a current valid forklift license;

· Self-motivated.

· Able to work to production deadlines.

· Ability to work well within a team and have strong organisational, planning skills and be results driven.

· Flexible to work additional hours when required to meet business/customer needs-which may include weekend work.
