Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00 to include every other Saturday

Pay: £32k - £35k

Responsibilities and Duties:

Can demonstrate a proven track record in sales and have worked in a targeted environment. You'll be able to build strong relationships and influence the sales process. Manage the day to day running of the showroom.
Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible; taking responsibility for the start to end sales process. Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site. Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.
Achieving sales in line with your agreed sales targets and ensuring the team are driven to meet their own. Creating and maintaining your own individual lead database.
Placing your customers orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures and managing the customer timeframe expectations

About the role:

The primary role of the Showroom Manager is to be responsible for day to day management of the showroom team. You will also be required to the drive the showroom team to bring in new business, hit budgets and perform to the level required.

Individually, you will also be responsible for your own customer appointments, designs, sales, and aftercare of your client base. We require all staff to ensure they are helping the branch increase margin, build strong customer relationships, to provide great customer service, and specify customer needs in a timely and proactive manner.

Requirements:

Experience within Kitchen/Bathroom Sector
IT skills essential
Have good verbal communication skills with customers and other colleagues
Ability to take and give instructions
Be organised in prioritising workload effectively
Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times
