Red Sky Personnel is looking for a Site Agent in the Thames Valley area covering major projects within Oxford, Reading and Aylesbury. You will be joining one of the largest civil engineering contractor specialising in water utilities, tunnelling, infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Proactively support design and delivery teams to maintain standards and adhere to procedures across projects.
- Assist in tender, pre-construction, and delivery phases, identifying and mitigating risks
- Lead a team of Sub Agents and Engineers
- Effectively manage project risks, time, costs, and HSQE standards.
Qualifications Needed:
- CSCS Managers Card
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS qualification
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- Confined Space training
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- Experience in Civil and Water sectors, delivering projects in a highly regulated environment
- Working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design and Programme Management, Risk Management, and cost control.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
