ecoSense Cleaning is an innovative, market-leading commercial cleaning company providing services and supplies to clients across the whole of the UK
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic professional and outgoing individual to join our expanding site coordinating team and work alongside our existing coordinators in an assistant capacity. Previous office experience, recruitment, and or HR experience would be an advantage, prior roles of a similar nature will also be given perusal.
The position will be full time - 40 hrs per week.
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri 8am to 4pm or flexi 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm - ROP starting at £10ph
General duties will include those below but are not limited to these:
- Answering calls / Taking messages
- Posting / reviewing job adverts
- Checking ID
- Arranging training
- Onboarding new employees
- Updating spreadsheets / rotas
- Responding to Client Portal queries
Applicants must have:
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Be well presented
- Be computer literate in Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Be able to prioritize their workload.
- Be able to work well as a team player
- A willingness to learn
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
