Full Job Description

This exciting Site Manager opportunity exists within a specialist, newly formed civil engineering & construction division of a national renewable energy infrastructure developer.
First things first, delivering schemes nationally you will need to be comfortable with some travel outside of the South West, all travel and expenses will be catered for.

Overview
  
As Site Manager you will be joining a fast growing division with a number of revenue streams across development, renewables and traditional civils. Workload is heavy and one things for sure, you will not be bored! 

Delivering schemes up to £3M typically, you'll be used to managing full programme and delivery of similar sized schemes, ideally within the civil engineering sector

Working closely with a vastly experienced commercial and operational management team with an excellent track record in the sector & entrepreneurial flair, means that your role and responsibilities will grow as the company continues to hit new milestones. Exciting stuff! 
  
Snapshot of duties:

• Implementing the works program with support of Operations Manager.
• Working closely with the site based team.
• Overseeing ad hoc engineering activities.
• Taking responsibility for Health & Safety regulations, working with RAMS and deputising for the Project Manager.

Whilst schemes are national, 2024 will kick off with a £2.5M+ project in Exeter, Devon
