Full Job Description
Site Manager required urgently in Porthmadog for a Residential project.
Will assist with all general Site Manager tasks/general Site Manager duties such as;
- Leasing with clients and reporting progress to staff
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Temporary Works Coordinator Certificate
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid
- Full PPE
Applicants must have previous Site Manager experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.
The potential candidate for this Site Manager position must have can do attitude, be punctual and reliable.
