Full Job Description

O'Neill and Brennan are working with a well known residential contractor, assisting them with the recruitment of a Site Manager for one of their new developments in SE London. The project is a 400 unit scheme consisting of rc frame apartments and traditional build houses. The site is the largest phase as part of a wider development.
Candidates must have experience running internall packages on high-rise apartment schemes previously
In addition to this, a lot of my clients projects are situated nearby, offering longevity with the business, as well as locality.
My client are looking for a driven individual, who are looking for a step up in terms of position, furthering their career progression, and are willing to pay £250 to £320 per day for the right person.
This opportunity is with a business who have a high level of staff retention, as well as a healthy pipeline of future work.
