Full Job Description
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a planned
maintenance contract in North-West London.
The successful Site
Manager will be responsible for overseeing retrofit works including
window replacements, roof replacements, general fabric / masonry works
and more. You will have experience working on planned maintenance
contracts previously, working for a specialist planned maintenance
contractor.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you
must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness
certificates. You must also have a full UK driving licence and access
to a vehicle.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a
freelance basis for a minimum of 4 months paying £28.50 per hour.
Mileage between properties is covered at 45p per mile.
