Site Manager required for new build high spec residential project in the Southampton area. The Site Manager will come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion. The Site Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
