Position Overview:
We are
seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our shop fit out projects
based in Blackpool and surrounding areas. The successful candidate
will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations,
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of site activities.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives and foster a positive working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on shop fit out projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid).
