Position: Site Manager - Architectural Metalwork

Location: London

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £58,000 + Package

We're on the lookout for an adept Site Manager to join our superstar clients team, focusing on overseeing prestigious architectural metalwork projects across London.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, direct, and coordinate day-to-day site operations conducted by both the company and subcontractors, emphasising health and safety, meticulous planning, scheduling, and seamless coordination with off-site activities.
- Effectively manage and oversee on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations for both in-house and subcontracted tasks.
- Keep thorough records of daily site activities, compiling comprehensive progress reports.

Requirements:

- A strong grasp of Architectural Metalwork methods and practices, particularly in a management role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing steelwork, balconies, metalwork, and associated installations.
- Proven ability to develop thorough risk assessments, method statements, and other essential site documentation.

Qualifications:

- CSCS Gold/Black/Platinum certification in site management.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Expertise in architectural metalwork, including balustrades, balconies, stairs, and related components.
