The Opportunity:
TSR are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial refurbishments throughout Yorkshire. The first of the projects is an CAT A/CAT Boffice refurbishment in Harrogate, there is free parking on site as this is not in the city centre.
This is a temp to perm position, going direct to the client on week 13.
About You:
You will be an experienced Site Manager overseeing refurbishment/build projects in the healthcare, commercial, education or industrial sectors. You will be health & safety conscious, with a positive "can do" attitude.
You must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
Outline of Duties:
Liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors and consultants, to ensure the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.
Being responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of the programme as a whole and to comply with the HSE, company Health & Safety policy and all other Health and Safety legislation during the works.
Work closely with the Construction Manager and produce update reports
