HANDS ON SITE MANAGER OR EXPERIANCED FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR WITH COTC / CERTIFICATE OF TECHNICAL COMPETENCE REQUIRED TO RUN A SMALL, WELL OILED WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING OPERATION
PACKAGE: 35-45,000 Plus Car Allowance & Benefits

ROLE: Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations Yard
As Site Manager you will oversee a waste recycling operation, handling recyclable material ensuring KPI's are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to.
You will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard.
A hands-on approach is needed for this growing company.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Site Manager - Waste
Management & Recycling Operations Yard
WAMITAB / COTC Level 4
(ideally Haz & Non-Haz Treatment but any considered)
Excellent man management skills.
Any mobile plant tickets are welcome including 360 Grab / Excavator, Loading Shovel, Telehandler etc.
IOSH or NEBOSH Qualifications a plus
