Full Job Description

Our client an established Manchester based building contractor specialising in commercial refurb projects are looking to expand their team with the addition of 2 x Experienced Site Managers.

They require applicants with a solid trade background and relevant Qualifications including SMSTS.

The work is predominantlty across the North of England but candidates must be prepared to travel as required.

Both vacancies will be filed on a temp to perm basis, your own transport is required whilst temp with a mileage allowance paid.

Once perm a fully expensed company van will be provided.

Salary circa £40,000 pa.
