The Hastings District Council has a vacancy for a Skate Park Guardian.  This role ensures the Flaxmere Skate Park is a safe and user friendly place that will attract families and youth to enjoy the surroundings and environment. 

This role is responsible for promoting the Skate Park as a safe and user-friendly environment and ensures the prevention and determent of anti-social behaviour and crime.

The successful applicant will be a fit, confident, and responsible individual who has had experience in dealing with youth and youth development.  They will also need to have a mature, even-tempered and cooperative nature, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
