Full Job Description

  • To deal with all enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
  • To become a professional in this specialist field and share your knowledge with your peers
  • To analyse compliance data to determine the level of compliance of patients and to ensure non-complaint patients are contacted and encouraged to use their therapy to maximise benefits to them
  • Be flexible with initial training requirements and shift patterns
  • Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance whilst ensuring that all patients are receiving optimal therapy for their sleep disordered breathing
  • Work closely with the clinicians within our partner sleep clinics and support them with questions
  • Act as an ambassador for this service with all colleagues
  • Liaise with patients as and when required through E-Mail, telephone, video conference, letter and SMS
  • Report received complaints, observed non-conformities and potential non-conformities

Mandatory vaccines in care homes have been approved and are now a requirement. To be considered for this position applicants must be fully vaccinated  against COVID-19.

Mandatory vaccines for supported living  have now been approved and will become a requirement from 1st   April 2022. If successful, applicants will need to evidence their first and second COVID-19 vaccinations as part of our compliance process.
