• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install smartphones, laptops, drones, and computers.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure devices meet high standards before returning them to customers.
• Refurbish devices following manufacturer specifications.
• Perform software updates by flashing handsets when necessary.
• Replace damaged screens on smartphones and tablets.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining smartphones and laptops.
• Strong technical knowledge of smartphones.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A keen eye for detail and precision.
• Effective multitasking and task prioritization.
• Minimum 1-year experience replacing screens on various devices.
• Familiarity with repairing iPhones, Samsung, Google phones, iPads, and MacBooks.
