Stability testing for Xiaomi Mobile Devices

1. Responsible for executing test cases and generating test reports.
2. Perform stability testing, analyze and track testing issues.
3. Responsible for retesting test issues, gathering information, and providing support.
4. Design test cases and plans, build and maintain automated testing environments.
5. Good communication skills, able to drive issue resolution.
6. Possess market insight and strategic planning abilities, able to formulate precise testing strategies based on international market characteristics.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stability testing.
2. Familiarity with software testing processes and standards, proficient in software testing methodologies.
3. Familiar with Android system, Monkey, and capable of basic script writing using Python.
4. Strong ability to handle pressure, proactive, and able to work efficiently.
