The recruitment group is working with a
wholesaler and manufacturer of a specialist FMCG.
Purpose of the
Social Media Content Exec
The role plays a vital role where you
will manage the social media presence, create and execute strategies
and engage with the audience to increase brand awareness. You should
have excellent design skills and be familiar with software like Adobe
Creative Suite in the creation of high-quality, eye-catching content
that represents the brand.
As well as being skilled in content creation you will also be responsible for leading and managing all digital campaigns to nurture the brand's online visibility - from ideation to final execution and analysis.

Main duties and responsibilities of a Business Sales
Developer
. You will be working closely with marketing and design
teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social
platforms.
. Create high-quality social media content that engages
with the target audience.
. Develop and execute social media
strategies to meet brand objectives.
. Manage platforms such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
. Support social marketing
efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
. Act as
the primary point of contact for all social media engagement.

Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand
consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
.
Create exceptional content to engage target audiences, promote the
client's brand and drive engagement so being well-versed with Adobe
Creative Suite and being proficient in graphic design is a must!

Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and
provide insights on performance metrics.
. Lead and instruct
cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced
environment with multiple deadlines.
Experience/knowledge
requirements for a Business Sales Developer
. Bachelor's degree in
design, marketing, or a related field.
. Experience (at least 1
year) in a social media-related role.
. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.

Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
and LinkedIn).
. Exceptional design skills and proficiency in
tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
. Strong attention to detail with
time-management and organisational skills.
. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
. Knowledge of
social media marketing.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
. Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a
target-driven environment.
