Job Description

We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for digital technology!

As the Social Media and Analytics Executive, you will work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to take our social media game to the next level. You will work to develop strategic campaigns that engage both B2B and B2C audiences.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Produce engaging content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).
  • Develop strategic content and digital marketing campaigns that shine a spotlight on our talented people.
  • Produce eye-catching graphics, videos and more to add value for our clients and partners.
  • Have our finger on the pulse of the latest developments, tactics and best practice, feeding insights back to our wider marketing team and helping to influence strategy.
  • Analyse the success and ROI of our campaigns and helping to drive strong new business leads.

Qualifications

 We are looking for a candidate with:

✔ Experience across both organic and paid social media management.

✔ Great copywriting skills, attention to detail and a love for storytelling.

✔ A true team player who loves to collaborate as part of a close-knit team.  

✔ Previous experience of managing social media accounts for B2B and B2C audiences.

✔ Experience of creating compelling video content and graphics.

✔ Experience of managing PPC campaigns (desirable).

✔ Experience of working with CRM systems and newsletter creation (desirable).
