Soft Services Manager Location: Cornwall

Salary: Circa 37,000 per annum, plus car allowance Total Package: Circa 42,000 per annum

We are working with aleading facilities management company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to their clients across Cornwall. With a portfolio encompassing 200+ commercial buildings.

Responsibilities: As a Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and security operations of a diverse portfolio. Your duties will include:

• Managing and coordinating cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all facilities.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to safeguard our clients' assets and personnel.
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaising with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
