Software Developer C# .NET

This is an incredible opportunity for two experienced software developers to work for a well-known, innovative energy company in Coventry. This new role will include you working from home however to be prepared to travel in when required. Ideally, you will be an outside of the box thinking kind of person who is up for making innovative and creative ways of working alongside home automation and or IoT systems.

You will have a wealth of technical skill and expertise in software and particularly in understanding C#, NET Core 3 and Entity Framework Core 3. You will be skilled at working well as part of a team as well as independently within a growing, fast paced working environment.

Location: Coventry

Requirements for this role:

• Experience using Blazor front-end UI,
• Experience working with cloud architectures, preferably Azure and Azure functions.
• Experience working with SQL on SQL servers
• Excellent understanding of how to use Entity Framework Core 3
• Experience using LINQ
• Passion for software development and a desire to develop technical skill both in and out of work.
• Clear and Confident communicator
• Problem Solver
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable core skills:

• Raspberry PI and Arduino
• Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Building services (Web API)
• Automated testing (NUnit, Specflow)
• Git source control system
• Using continuous integration with Azure DevOps
• Databases (SQL Server, SQLite)
