The role is to lead a diverse team of talented engineers.

The team are building world class products, as such require leadership, support and guidance to allow their genius to flow!

Your team will be a mix of experience levels, meaning your role will involve varied career, professional and personal development coaching.

Your team will be upskilling in new technology, so you'll be supporting training requirements and ensuring your team are best equipped to win easily.

Day2day

• Prioritisation, planning, roadmap
• Liaison with the business managers
• Own the delivery deadlines
• Support, coach and mentor junior developers

We are looking for -

Software development background and a real passion for the software engineering discipline

Experience managing developers day2day

Experience improving processes and practices in the SDLC

Excellent communication skills

Ability and willingness to champion best practice and ensure compliance to agreed ways of working
