£100,000+ Total Package

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineering Manager to join an innovative, award-winning Fintech in their mission to help businesses streamline card payment processes. Joining a collaborative and passionate team, you'll have the chance to see the real impact you are having on different businesses digital payment operations! As one of the most recognizable Fintech's in London they have the beauty of partnering with businesses from a range of industries, whether its the finest eateries in town or the dentist around the corner, they have developed a reputation for providing expert solutions to merchants across the UK.

As part of their dynamic team, you'll work on greenfield projects, giving great opportunity to see the progress in the exciting solutions you are a part of, as well as being able to bring your fresh ideas to the team. As they continue to use tech to make a difference to their partner's payment operations, they are wanting to expand their team and are now looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Software Engineering Manager who will be working with new and innovative technology to deliver high impact solutions. You will be at the heart of a team where innovation and digital strategy come together.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of managing a team with the ability to coach, mentor and lead a team of developers
• Experience managing teams both on-shore and off-shore of 20-50 developers and testers
• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) with a strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding, agile methodology
• A background in development, preferably C#/.Net Core, Azure, API's,
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills

This is a hybrid working role in Central London. The client can offer sponsorship if needed.

They are looking to pay up to £90,000 per annum base salary + bonus + benefits, taking your package to over £100,000.
