I am currently working on behalf of a London-based startup who are on the lookout for an exceptional Technical Leader with experience building high performing teams and driving technical innovation to join their team of industry experts.

Although this is a predominantly hands-off role, you will ideally come from a strong coding background and remain highly passionate about technology and keen to keep up to date with latest trends.

Their tech stack consists of Python, Flutter, and GCP, and while experience in these technologies is an advantage, it is not essential.

Initially, you will be managing a small team of industry-leading engineers, though over time, you will be tasked with scaling up the department and, ultimately, overseeing several high-performing teams.
