Join our leadership team and build a world-class engineering group! You'll be a hands-on leader, attracting and developing top talent while diving deep into the technology to shape an exceptional product and customer experience.

 

Lead with Vision and Accountability:

• Own the delivery of your teams' projects, ensuring alignment with our product roadmap and fostering high-quality engineering practices.
• Lead a dynamic team of 14-20 software engineers, providing regular, impactful feedback through one-on-ones and radical candor.
• Coach and mentor your team, fostering their growth and success within the organization.

Leverage your deep technical understanding to advocate for simplicity, quality, and critical thinking across the organization. Champion organizational change, leading the team towards an agile development framework that accelerates time-to-value. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, bridging silos and delivering impactful solutions.

Build a High-Performing Culture:

• Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, building high-performing, full-stack development teams.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent culture of trust where team members feel empowered and motivated to excel.
• Champion continuous learning and employee advancement, supporting engineers in their career development.

Technical Stack and Skills:  

• Experienced with leading at least 5 software engineers
• 5 years in Management
• Excellent Communication
• Strong background in OOP such as Java or C#
• Lean/Kanban environment
