A growing international online gambling/gaming business is looking for its first Lawyer to join the team on an initial contract basis with view to perm. This role is offered on a fully remote basis from the UK or EU.
Reporting to the CEO and Group General Counsel you will support the business through its next stage of growth with a focus on providing regulatory advice to the existing operations and for the establishment of new entities, primarily across emerging markets. You will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting on any corporate transactions and working closely with external counsel.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have extensive experience in the sector at Senior Counsel/Head of Legal level having worked across multiple jurisdictions. You will bring a depth of technical knowledge, excellent contract drafting skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first organisation.
