Full Time Contract (5 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Lawyer specialising in landlord and tenant matters in Broxley. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working , with 1 day per week working on-site.

The job:

• Undertake a caseload of mainly landlord and tenant matters but with a wide variety of other commercial property and local government related property advice and transactions
• To provide legal advice as appropriate to the Cabinet, Members, Committees
• Supervise legal officers as agreed and directed by the Deputy Director
• Meeting deadlines and managing client expectations

The candidate:

• 2-5 year PQE solicitor or equivalent CILEX/licensed conveyancer
• Experience in a similar role dealing with tenant / landlord matters within the public sector
• Must be UK qualified
• Experience dealing with property matters is desirable
