ROLE BASE: CM2 Chelmsford City, Essex - 40 minute commute to London City Centre Growing commuter city South England.

Any Commercial Solicitors:

• Handle a diverse range of commercial matters, providing legal advice to clients on contracts, business transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

Employment Solicitors:

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including contracts, terminations, and workplace policies.
• Proven experience in representing both employers and employees in employment disputes.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in employment law

Litigation Solicitors:

• Manage a broad range of civil and commercial litigation cases.
• Strong courtroom presence with a track record of successful litigation outcomes.
• Skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.

Family Solicitors:

• Specialized in family law with a focus on divorce, child custody, and matrimonial matters.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating settlements and representing clients in family court proceedings.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach in handling sensitive family issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor – Newly Qualified candidates upwards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong research and legal drafting skills.
• Current practicing certificate and in good standing with the relevant legal regulatory body.

This role is based in Chelmsford City, Essex - 40 minute commute to London City Centre.
