Solutioning & Delivery Principal (Custom Software Development, Data & AI)

We are looking for an experienced Solutioning & Delivery Principal to play a pivotal role in this new venture.

As a an experienced Solutioning & Delivery Principal, you will be instrumental in supporting new business development, crafting compelling value propositions for potential clients, and acting as the linchpin between sales and delivery ensuring successful design, setup and delivery of client projects. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership: Act as the standard bearer of best-in-class delivery across all our programs and engagements. Understand the unique challenges and opportunities of the each engagement, customer and team to ensure we have the right team and approach to deliver against our commitments.

Proposal Development: Tailor value propositions to meet the specific needs and challenges of potential clients in the new geography, leveraging our expertise in software development, data analytics, and AI.

Capability Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide strategic guidance and support, adapting solutions as projects evolve and new challenges arise.

Project Leadership : Ensure project delivery aligns with client goals and our firm's standards. Oversee project teams, ensuring adaptability and problem-solving are prioritized.

Client Partnering: Act as the client partner for designated customers, advocate for the client and their needs within Nortal. Lead Nortal’s engagements and be seen as a trusted client advisor.

• Over 5 years of experience in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record in successful delivery on consulting and scaled software development programs.
• Strong understanding of Consulting, product management, software development, data and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple Teams and projects in a fast-paced environment, providing decisive and clear leadership in ambiguous situations.
• Problem-solver and systems thinker, with attention to detail.
• Both Private and Public Sector experience is desirable.
