Sommelier – Premium Japanese Restaurant
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 plus tips

The site has incredible rapport with their guests with lots of regulars, and have been recognised for having one of the best wine lists in the UK! They company regularly host wine events for industry staff and guests along with frequent training sessions from brand reps for the team.

The Perfect Sommelier:
- Minimum WSET level 2 is essential – ideally WSET level 3
- Sake experience will be a big advantage
- Will come from a premium background
- Full of personality, flair, and charm
- Currently working in a similar role and eager to show off their skills
- Genuinely enjoys working with others and the general public
- Confident individual who has a sincere passion for the wine world
