Seeking experienced Sous Chefs who have a passion for using locally sourced ingredients to create inspiring seasonal dishes with a global twist.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have proven commercial kitchen experience with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to work under your own supervision and take responsibility for your work area whilst also working as part of a team.
Job duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Devise, cost and produce dishes in conjunction with the Head Chef
- Help to motivate and raise the confidence levels of the team, keeping staff moral high
- You will contribute to the achievement of targets, maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment and work effectively with colleagues from all departments
- Responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
You will have proven commercial kitchen experience at a Sous Chef level, with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Leading by example is vital for this position.
Salary starting at £32,000 per annum dependent on experience and inclusive of a share of weekly cash tips and monthly credit card tips
48 Hours per week, 4 or 5 days out of 7.
