As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:  

• Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts.
• A real team-player delivering quality service at pace.
• Always working in a way that keeps our guests and team safe.
• Excellent at communicating, organised and able to work well under pressure.
• Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
