Full Job Description
My client on the outskirts of Truro are seeking a Sous Chef to join
their busy Kitchen Team.
The Hotel is a moderate-sized brigade
which runs 2 kitchens. A traditional dining room with 1 AA rosette and
serves breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
The food is silver
served and a firm favourite with Hotel residents, dinner service is
high intensity with 70-80 guests served per night.
This is a
very high quality operation and accordingly, candidates must have a
significant aspiration to working in a luxury hotel.
Whilst at one
level this is a traditional business, it is also progressive, and
candidates should be able to demonstrate a much more contemporary
outlook on life and an ability to adapt to a fast-moving, busy
operation.
Offering an annual salary up to 36,000 depending on
experience, plus fantastic tips and company perks.
Immediate
start available, own transport required due to remote
location.
Live in accommodation possible dependent on
availability
