Sous Chef - Blandford- Work life balance role - £15.70 per hour

Recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a contract catering unit located a short drive from Blandford. This is a busy site catering for high volume using fresh ingredients. You will be working for one of the industry's leading contract catering companies.

Key Information:
* Salary: £30,615 working 37.5 hours per week
* Hours: 5/7 days, 37.5 hours, straight shifts, 0600-1400, 10am-6pm or 1130-1930, 1 in 3 weekends
* Location: A few miles from Blandford, own transport essential
* Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Develop and train the other chefs

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
Sous Chef experience
Experience working in a similar role / establishment
Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
Passionate about food
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
