An exclusive private members club is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join the team near Piccadilly.
As a Sous Chef, you will be
using fresh ingredients and cooking quality British dishes with French
influences.
This would suit a Sous Chef
who is passionate about his trade, leads by example, and can run the
kitchen when the Executive Chef is not on shift.
As a Sous Chef, you will workMonday to Friday and have an excellent work-life balance.
Currently, we do 5 split shifts, 10 am to 10 pm with a long break between3 pm and6 pm.
As a Sous Chef, you will receive
- 42000 annual salary
- Yearly guaranteed staff bonus between 2500-3000
- Monday to Friday
- 45-48 hours per week
- Any overtime paid time and a half
- Sunday and Bank Holiday overtime paid double
