My client is looking for an establishedSous Chef to join their existing team based at this rural visitor attraction site. The kitchen has a team of 5 chefs plus a large team of FSA and KPs. The position is full time working 5 out 7 ( will include weekends) 40 hours per week.
The site offers retail based food outlets as well and a newly refurbished restaurant, offering banqueting for large events. The site provides approx (Apply online only) covers over the weekend and between (Apply online only) during the week. The service style is fast paced on a daily basis and banqueting style during events.
