We're currently looking for a Sports Betting & Events Executive to join our casino team in Luton to promote sporting events and sales via our betting terminals, making customers feel valued and enjoy dealing with us. You will play a pivotal role in making sure that our sports viewing area offers a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports and entertainment events.

We want you to:

• Promote sports betting and sports/entertainment events to build attendance in venue and drive business growth, making the venue the place to be for a great night out
• Take bets on everything from football to cricket to motor racing and every other sport possible, having a passion for sport and a good understanding of betting terminals
• Research local offering for sports betting to ensure we are competitive and being innovative to provide the best experience for our customers
• Support in planning, promoting and managing events, working closely with F&B and casino teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop a first-class approach to the relationship management for our customers, seeking ways to attract and retain their business
• Drive an ethos of customer obsession, delivering brand standards and service improvement so that the customer is the focus of everything we do.
• Maintain high standards of responsibility within the venue to ensure that all appropriate responsibilities are met within Gambling Commission expectations.
• Drive the growth of our betting terminal offering to support the vision to be the number one casino entertainment brand in the UK.
• Develop effective working relationships between the support teams within Sales, Entertainment, Marketing, Food & Beverage and Gaming to ensure the needs of the customer are understood.
• Support the GM an ongoing business plan for their club with agreed key actions and targets to be achieved

• Previous experience in a sports betting environment
• Passion for sports with the ability to confidently engage with customers
• Experience organising and managing events
• Analytical mind, good with numbers and able to use data to make recommendations to drive revenue
• Social media savvy, able to build online profile, engage with customers and promote our offering via multiple channels
• Omnichannel experience
• Data capture and analysis experience
• Fanatical about Customer experience
• Excellent communicator skills
• Be very keen, motivated and enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Have an eye for detail
