OVERVIEW

The Sports Media Group works with the top sports broadcasters, insiders, writers and media properties across the media spectrum building their careers both in front of and behind the camera.

The ideal Sports Broadcasting Agent candidate should be able to demonstrate an authentic passion for sports media. You’ll be working on a team of diverse skills sets, constantly soliciting and networking across the sports media landscape.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Day-to-day support for the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expenses

  • Work with client to manage diaries, organize logistics, join briefing calls and attending shows/events with clients when necessary

  • Assist in deck building and outreach to find commercial opportunities

  • First point of contact for day-to-day operations of existing brand partnerships

  • Manage fulfillment of ongoing projects liasing between client and buyer including logistics for on-location shoots, social media posts, and campaign tracking

  • Assist in client billing and accounting needs

  • Serve as first point of contact with clients, agents, and executives

  • Hosting and managing the schedule of US clients when they’re in the European market

  • Manage a high-volume workload and prioritize time-sensitive tasks

  • General assistance to the team with ongoing projects

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities

  • Attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving skills are a must

  • Administrative experience and experience with Microsoft Office is preferred

  • General understanding of current sports industry and the nature of a talent agency 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Ability to develop business relationships at all levels 

  • Self-starter who takes initiative to explore and isn’t afraid to ask questions

  • Experience with Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
