What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be a Senior Sales Specialist, leading the charge on cultivating, building and closing Private Wireless Network (PWN) & Mobile Edge Compute (MEC) solution sales within the Large Enterprise market. More specifically, you will be working with businesses that are present in the UK and Ireland.
You will create new value for Verizon and our customers by solving their connectivity needs. You’ll build and maintain a healthy sales funnel, taking opportunities from discovery to close with the expectation of driving significant growth of our business related to private 5G and MEC services. Partnering with both internal and external teams, you will ensure that our solutions involving PWN and MEC are not only meeting our customers' business needs, but exciting them.
Responsibilities will include:
Shaping innovative, secure and holistic solutions that address current and future customer connectivity needs.
Building trusting relationships within both existing and target customers, including C-Suite and CIO offices, to qualify PWN & MEC solutions opportunities and drive those opportunities to closure.
Providing product expertise and understanding the connectivity and technical needs of large enterprise customers.
Identifying opportunities via prospecting, projects and campaigns and building business relationships.
Leveraging product knowledge and uncovering customer needs.
Working with cross functional teams to ensure all resources are aligned to execute upon the sales strategy.
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outcomes and provide field feedback to the PWN & MEC solutions product and product marketing teams.
Presenting to different types of audiences at events such as executive meetings, customer demos, trade shows, and Verizon Executive Briefing sessions.
Supporting our customers through trials to help them choose our solution.
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and objectives.

You enjoy working with cutting edge technology and creating novel solutions to complex challenges. You are someone that enjoys working collaboratively and are able to adapt quickly when customer needs change. You enjoy working in a fast paced and results oriented environment, with a focus on creating new revenue streams within Verizon.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Experience in Enterprise Technology sales and winning new business.
Experience of selling solutions that involved private wireless network technology.
Experience of working with C-level customer contacts within multinational organisations.
Account development experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Even better if you have:
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Knowledge of private 5G and MEC technology
Experience of selling solutions that involve private 5G or Mobile Edge Compute technology.
Experience of selling into one or more of the following verticals; Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics, Live Entertainment.
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to effectively position new ideas.
Experience in negotiating desired outcomes.

and assigned office days as set by the manager.
