Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) 

Hourly Rate: Up to £19 per hour 

Hours Per Week: Up to 33 hours per week

Key Responsibilities as a Staff Nurse 

Ensure that all residents receive the best possible care, welfare, and safety.
Perform complete physical and psychological exams on new residents upon their arrival.
Make individualised care plans for each resident and keep them up to date to ensure their requirements are met efficiently.
Administer medication in a safe and precise manner.
Encourage open communication with third-party vendors and healthcare providers.
Assist and mentor carers in their professional development.
Plan and manage rotas efficiently to guarantee smooth operations.

To be considered for this position, you must:

A Registered Nurse Licence (RMN) is required.

You must have an active or pending NMC PIN.

Maintain a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.

Clinical skills such as PEG feeds, syringe drivers, venipuncture, and wound care must be demonstrated.
