 Find Medic is currently recruiting for a rewarding Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) position with excellent hourly rate (£22) and day shifts. Join our client's growing Nursing team and embark on an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry.

Nursing Home Details:
Our homely Nursing Home offers specialized care for adults with Dementia, Mental Health Conditions, Old Age, and Physical Disabilities. With separate specialist units, residents receive round-the-clock care in a secure and hygienic facility while enjoying the freedom to pursue their own lifestyles and hobbies, both within the home and through community leisure services.

Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) role:

  • Maintain the highest possible standard of care, welfare, and safety for all residents.
  • Perform physical and psychological assessments for new residents upon admission.
  • Create individualized care plans and update them daily.
  • Safely administer and record medication.
  • Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
  • Utilize a person-centered approach to meet the needs of each resident with utmost privacy, dignity, and respect.


Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) role:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is a must.
  • Active or awaiting NMC PIN.
  • Clear DBS.
