Hourly Rate:
Up to £20
Shifts:
Days, Nights, and Mixed Shifts
Hours per Week: Up to 48

Our nursing home specializes in providing exceptional care
for adults with complex and high-acuity needs. Nestled in a serene
setting, our home offers spacious bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms
spread across three floors, all surrounded by a beautifully landscaped
garden.
Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the
Nursing Home:
As a dedicated
Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being,
safety, and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will
include:
- Conducting thorough
assessments and evaluations
- Developing and maintaining
person-centered care plans, regularly updating them as needed
- Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies to
ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintaining
meticulous records, documentation, and upholding health and safety
protocols
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior
team members
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated
by the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff
Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
To excel
in this role, you'll need:
- A
Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- An active NMC
PIN or be in the process of obtaining one
- A clear DBS
(Disclosure and Barring Service) record
