(RGN/RMN) to contribute to the care of individuals in need. Our
Client's nursing home specializes in providing advanced dementia care.
With a focus on residential, nursing, and respite services, this
purpose-built facility ensures comprehensive care from early diagnosis
to end-of-life support.
The unique
layout comprises clusters of 8/9 bedrooms, each accompanied by its own
dedicated staff unit, living/dining space, and quiet lounge. En suite
shower rooms complement every bedroom. Adjacent to the facility stands
the High Street, an inventive 1950s-themed environment featuring a
cinema, pub, hairdresser, snug, and café.
Residents and their families benefit from our commitment to
quality care and expertise, all within familiar and comforting
surroundings.
Responsibilities of
the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
- Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and
well-being for all residents
- Conduct comprehensive
physical and psychological assessments for new residents upon
admission
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to
each resident's unique needs
- Maintain accurate and
up-to-date care plans on a daily basis
- Administer and
document medication safely and effectively
- Collaborate
with external suppliers and healthcare providers
- Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff
- Implement effective work schedules
- Embrace a
person-centered approach, ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect for
every individual's requirements
Requirements
Qualifications for the Staff
Nurse (RGN/RMN) Position:
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse Qualification
(RGN/RMN)
- Possess an active NMC PIN or have an NMC PIN
application in progress
- Obtain a clear DBS (Disclosure
and Barring Service) record
